Each clustered training module will include interactive live simulation role play and situational industry-based case studies.   The designed approach will consist of scenarios where the participants are assigned different roles, where those roles identify with those in the situation where participants will find themselves when they undertake in their workplace.  The role play in our training will provide participants with the opportunity to act out various roles chosen to represent actual roles that would be in a work situation.  One important result is that the participants get an opportunity to see the work situation from perspectives other than those they might be taking in reality. The intention and objective is to extract the opportunity results in a greater sensitivity to the experiences of other persons in the work situation.
