Gus is the President & Managing Consultant of GTI Canada. He is a writer and a global speaker on leadership, change management, and employee engagement. He builds on 26 years of worldwide executive experience spanning across the globe from North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

 

In the last decade, Gus has also trained leadership teams from small to large organizations in the fields of IT,  telecom, banking, healthcare, FMCG, and worldwide government entities.

Prior to that, Gus was a senior executive, working with the world’s best run businesses like software giant SAP as a VP of HR & Transformation and a Regional Director for HILTI, one of the world’s largest multinational power tools company.

Gus is based in Ottawa Canada and speaks at conferences and retreats all over the world. He is the Past-President of CAPS (Canadian Association of Professional Speakers) Ottawa and has won various awards for public speaking over the years.
