Executive Leadership Program

THE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP Program is customized with clients and delivered in three phases, starting with an initial Leadership Assessment of the management team. Workshops are designed and delivered with 4 week intervals to provide participants the opportunity to apply the learnings in the workplace.
